Today Bethany presented her FREE talk about “Raw Foods for Weight Loss” in Whole Foods in Capitola, CA.  It was an awesome and exciting event!  Everyone enjoyed learning about how raw food is the best way to shed pounds and boost the metabolism naturally.  We had an amazing turnout and at the end got to enjoy a delicious “weight loss smoothie”!

This is definitely the best smoothie ever!

Ingredients:Bethany Tait - Raw Food Smoothie Tastings

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups of water

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend!!
