We recently had a Raw Chocolate Party Valentine’s weekend in Monterey, CA! It was a blast having everyone there, enjoying RAWESOME food, playing games, dancing, and much more! Thanks everyone for coming, and we want to share our Raw Chocolate Recipes with everyone.
Chocolate Jungle Shake
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 cup Spinach
- 3-4 Bananas
- 3-4 tbsp Agave Nectar
- ½ cup Ice
- 1 cup Water
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy!
Fruit Kebobs with Chocolate Sauce
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1 Honeydew
- 2 Apples
- 1 cup Cacao Powder
- ½ cup Agave Nectar (use more agave if desired)
Directions:
- Cut fruits into cubes and arrange on a kebob stick.
- Place cacao powder and agave nectar in a bowl and whisk together well until a syrup forms. (*note – it may seem like there is not enough agave at first, but after whisking for about a minute it will indeed become a sauce!)
- Pour sauce over fruit kebob, and voila!
Cacao Avocado Mousse
(tastes like jello pudding!)
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Avocado
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Cacao Powder
- 3-4 tbsp Agave Nectar
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender and blend!
Chocolate Superfood Brownie
- 2 cups of Dates
- 2 cups of Walnuts
- 2 heaping tbsp of Cacao Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp of Superfood powders of your choice (examples: Healthforce Nutritionals Maca, Spirulina, or bluegreen algae!)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and “pulse chop” until the mixture is medium ground and will stick together between your fingers.
- Take the mixture and mold it into brownie squares or balls. Yum!
